Resilience Building
Led by veteran Board Advisor Illana Adamson, Be Better bridges the profound knowledge maturity gap at board and senior leadership level around the complexities of physical planetary boundaries, supply chain resilience and future value creation.
Business and community leaders are facing unprecedented uncertainty around geopolitical and climatic changes posing new economic threats and challenges to navigate. We support this dynamic transition with tailor made and off-the-shelf solutions for C-suite and leadership to confidently navigate the fiduciary responsibilities linked to physical climatic impacts.
We work with private and public sector across multi stakeholder groups including NHS England, Cambridge Institute of Sustainable Leadership, Reset Connect, WEX Global, and sectors such as legal, risk, compliance, marketing water, and health.
We bring 30+ years in strategic advisory services including 20+ years of socio-political and environmental knowledge.

Climate and Water Coalition for Business and Community
We are thrilled to announce that Be Better CEO Illana is now Chair of the ‘Climate and Water Coalition for Business and Community’. The importance of water as a single break point risk for economic growth at national regional and organisational level is increasingly in the spotlight.
This requires a new multi-stakeholder discourse on access, equity and economic stability. The Coalition addresses resilience both inwardly at UK River Basin health and outwardly at the UK’s role in driving best practice stewardship up and down global value chains.
We are soft launching with a roundtable discussion alongside our strategic partners London Climate Action Week and Reset Connect. This event will be at Reset Connect on 24th June 2026. Contact us for more information event, coalition including partnership and stakeholder enquiries:
